Small Church Music (SCM) Legacy
The audio tracks, hymn sheets and their metadata is the legacy of Rev. Clyde McLennan (deceased). He played all the music, and created the hymn sheets as a resource for small congregations who did not have access to a musician. As a result we have access to this wonderful resource on the internet, and now via the mobile SCM app, which makes his legacy even more accessible and convenient.
The NetTracks Technology Platform

Designed initially for educational artists’ musician play-along, the technology is available as the NetTracks‘ Mac, iOS or Apple TV apps. It is at the heart of the SCM app.
SCM is available on the Apple Mac App Store and the Apple iPhone and iPad App Stores; coming soon to the Apple TV App Store.
You can enjoy singing or playing along to these hymns played on an organ, piano, or small band. The backing tracks are streamed to, and stored on, your device. You can also load your backing tracks from iTunes or straight from files and enjoy the app’s musician’s backing track audio player. Tracks streamed directly by us are the most convenient way to use the app.
Fixing Backing Tracks!
Backing tracks are so much fun, but that fun turns sour when too much time is spent –
- Shopping around for them
- Loading to mobile devices
- Noting down the arrangement details
- Keeping tracks organised into setlists
SCM’s NetTracks technology combines all this and more in one app, allowing you to quickly download and manage backing tracks. Arrangements are always visible, and the app has a marvellous play-along audio player. Less hassle, more time just playing, or singing along.

- My Tracks – Your own locally stored copies.
- My Setlists – Your tracks ordered into your lists.
Add – NetTracks to My Tracks.
